PagerDuty integration in 5.8.1 borken

using same pager duty account , same integration keys, we're not receiving pages
our old nagios server 5.6.7. is working fine.

is there something we need to do for integration? or items that moved?

The grayed out group means that it's already assigned at the contact group level.
