Hi Vinh,

Thank you for your kind thoughts, I really appreciate it.

I have already started the recovery process so the 5.8 instance is no longer available: we have to have a working production system post haste.

Next week I will create a new VM and re-run the upgrade process; then I will be able to work on trying the NDO downgrade.
