Error: Cannot open main configuration file '/usr/local/nagio

hi all,

I want to restore the previous snapshot, but getting "Error: Cannot open main configuration file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg' for reading!"

the file is in place and looks healthy

could you please suggest how to fix this issue?
