Unable to restore index

Hi all,
I have read through the forum looking for an answer to why I am unable to restore indexes from about 2 weeks ago. I have verified that the repository I am restoring from has plenty of space. both the instances of nagios log server in my cluster have plenty of storage space available. They are both showing a status of green. I have closed all but the active index, and yet when I try to restore an index from 5/14/2021 I am receiving an error saying Can not restore index(s). One or more indices selected may already be open. I have gone back as far as two months ago. there is no way that an index is still open from then. has anyone else had these issues? and how were you able to resolve them?

Please try to restore the index again and send us the full error that you are seeing.

After doing that, please PM me a copy of your profile, you can download it from Admin > System Status by clicking the Download System Profile button.

Thank you for your response. That was the actual error message. I can capture a screen shot if you like. I am currently able to restore some of the dates I need. I am thinking that maybe it was replicating to the other machine in the cluster. Would that have caused this issue? is there a way I can check this in the Logs?

OK It is happening again. I need to restore this date and it it is failing with the attached error

What version of Log Server are you running?
