Test/Lab Environment

Hello,

I have a question regarding the test license. Is it a license I can have on another server and have less checks and monitors than on main server, so I can use that for configuration changes before applying to production etc.? What are the limitations for the test licensed server?

The Test server can match the Prod server in the number of hosts and services. The
idea is that you can change configurations and make other modifications to your
monitoring system on the Test server so that when you implement the changes
in Production there are no issues.

What would be in violation of the license agreement would be using a Test
server to monitor systems and devices above and beyond what the Production
server is monitoring.
