No data on both Core & Re-configure?!

Post by xpertech »

1. Why I didn't see service data on both Core and Re-configure(see attachment), but this monitor was running normally?
2. Some times I can see service data on Configure(Monitoring,Notifications...), but didn't see same data on Core(empty)?

Suppose the data on these two place should be sync and same?
Could the possible reason is using "Bulk Host Import"?

When you say "Core", do you mean "Nagios Core" or "Core Config Manager"? Also, did you forget to upload your attachment?

Did you forget to Apply Configuration. Run the Write Config Tool to make sure you don't have any config errors. If you don't - Apply Configuration.

Have you tried restarting the Nagios server?

I mean "Core Config Manager". I forgot to upload file(left in office pc).
I'm sure I did apply configuration every time.

I'm still checking what could be the problem...

One more thing - make sure the php and system times are synced. Go to: Admin->System Profile and check this out.
