ncpa's compatibility with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003

Hi All,

We are planning to roll out ncpa on Windows servers. We have legacy systems with Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 in our environment.
Does ncpa supports these legacy OS versions?

If yes, do we need to have certain configurations in place?
