Dear all,
Is there anyway for sending warning email alerts to one email address A but send critical email alerts to another email address B?
Many thanks for your supports.

Re: Email alerts on NagiosCore
You mean, for a single issue(alert) you wanted two notifications - one, as a warning email to A and second, as a critical to B ??
escalation email notifications are possible - i mean, an email notification can be sent to A and after a certain time period(say 10mins), another escalation email can be triggered to B.

Re: Email alerts on NagiosCore
Many thanks Inventsekar,
I read about notification escalation; but it seem it is only accomplished by defining host escalations or service escalations; it can send notifications to user A; and then after a certain time period, it can send notifications to userB; but i haven't seen it can classify notifications between warning and critical status. Can you please advice me for further

Re: Email alerts on NagiosCore
Unfortunately Trung there is no reasonably practical way to accomplish this. The only way would be duplicating the contact object and configuring the duplicate to only receive alerts of the specific level. It's realistically probably not worth the hassle and would just end up being an administrative burden.
