NCPA runs from CLI but not web

When you say it got stuck - did it hang, or did it give you error messages?

Hang. It just gave applying configuration with increasing periods, no error, no timeout

Did you let it run?

How did you leave it? Did you apply a previous configuration?

i've opened a support ticket as this is now a bigger problem than just NCPA. this can be closed
