License DE-activation help

I am trying to migrate from Nagios XI 5.7.1 on CentOS 6 to 5.8.4 on a new CentOS 7 appliance. In the past I had an earlier version which I migrated, but it looks like in doing that I have activated my licence too many times. I run one instance only so how do I recover/remove the previous activations so I can use my licence on the latest server?
