Nagios/Service Now connection

I am researching information on monitoring systems. One of our requirements is to have a monitoring system that will interface into The Service Now ticketing system. http://www.servicenow.com/ Do you have any information on this subject in respect to Nagios?

Nagios can interface with ticketing systems either by sending alerts to an email channel in the ticketing system, or by creating a global event handler, which does some sort of custom action every time there is a host or service state change.
