Hi,
How are you doing?
I googled around and did not see of a way to monitor locked screen or a TV on a desktop.

You could try searching the Nagios Exchange page and see if there is any tools or plugins that will fit your needs.

Hi,

I am doing good. How about you ?

I want to rephrase my question. I am looking for a solution to monitor my smart Tv, which is not on network and connected via HDMI cable to a laptop. The purpose of the TV is display content displaying on Laptop.

Thanks,

Hi,
I'm doing good!! ... Thanks!!

I checked with my team (colleague) and have a few suggestions:
1). Try writing your own PowerShell script where you can check for the TV's HDMI port or hardware info
2). Try SNMP to determine if the HDMI TV is connected

I spent time googled around for PS script, but not able to find anything related to HDMI.
