Does it work if SELinux is disabled?
If so, you would need to add an SELinux rule for it, we don't get into SELinux rule crafting by policy as we don't support SELinux so you'd need to reach out to your security admins before making any changes but this may help you in that process:

Sorry, but my installation will not allow me to try with selinux disabled. Please close out the case. I'll do what I can with the information you supplied. Thank you.
