Hello,
We are having issues with an event handler not executing when a check goes critical. The email for a host check was sent, but the even handler was not executed.
Thanks,

Re: Event Handler not executing when alert goes critical.
Hi
I loaded up your System Profile and tested a few things but couldn't reproduce the error.
Is it a particular event handler you are having problems with? What service is it associated with?

Re: Event Handler not executing when alert goes critical.
I have sent you a DM with the name of the Host that failed.
Re: Event Handler not executing when alert goes critical.
Hi
For that host I only see one applied service - "bcache check" and the event handler
is undefined. Let me know if you see something different.

Re: Event Handler not executing when alert goes critical.
That host has a Host Template assigned to it serverEBOC which has the event handler defined.
Re: Event Handler not executing when alert goes critical.

Thanks

Please try this:
Code: Select all
Choose Configure, Core Config Manager
Under Tools in the left-hand menu select Config File Management
Hit the "Delete Files" (red) button - it's OK to do this
Hit the "Write Configs" (blue) button
Optional but informative - hit the "Verify Files" (white button)
In the left-hand menu under Quick Tools select Apply Configuration
Click the "Apply Configuration" (blue) buttonCode: Select all
