Hello Team,
My security team wants to understand the security and privacy clauses (DPA, Incident Response, Vulnerability patching, Breach Notification, and Other Specific Security Clauses) maintained by the Nagios vendor. In order to suffice this information, they have requested to provide the vendor support contract from Nagios. I have sent an email to [email protected] and also raised a request through the 'Contact Us' section via https://www.nagios.com/contact/ portal, and there is no response in either of the ways. Can someone please guide me to where or how can I get the Vendor support contract from Nagios for the support plan to which we have opted for?
