Hello @WillH

Thanks for following up, go ahead and open a support ticket and reference this forum post.

When you open the ticket please provide an updated System Profile as well.

To send us your system profile.
  • Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
  • Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
  • Click the "Download Profile" button
  • Save the profile.zip file and attach to ticket

Hey all, if you have a similar issue, the Ramdisk config we script we ran did not update the commands.cfg file for bulk processing to point to /var/nagiosramdisk
Updating these values to the correct path did the trick.
