Apply fails - backend login to Core Config Manager failed

What is the sql_mode of your DB?

Did you have any failed XI wizard runs?

Currently none of the auto-discovery jobs are completing...they have been running for about 2 days now.

This time around the apply issue came up when attempting to apply a SQL DB wizard. That is the only wizard so far.
