Nagios XI Jobs - State is Unknown

I'm getting the following when NagiosXI V3.3 server is checking another XI server:

State is Unknown

Is crond running on your system?

Check the Admin menu on the remote XI machine and see if any of the subsystem processes are in red. If they're not, then the times might be out of sync between the two servers.

I had a 1h diff between them.
Once I fixed it and restarted httpd the issue was resolved.

I am having this problem as well.
Report Engine (reportengine) stale (18107 seconds old), Report Engine (reportengine) stale (18107 seconds old), System Statistics (sysstat) stale (18080 seconds old), System Statistics (sysstat) stale (18080 seconds old), Event Manager (eventman) stale (1

Time is NTP and synched. Timezones are the same. I stopped and restarted Nagios, httpd, restarted the server and did a repair on the database with no changes.

Running 5.2.7 on CentOS 6.5
