Fortigate VLAN interface not showing the correct values

Hi Support,

We are seeing the Fortigate VLAN interfaces are showing 0 in and 0 out for the bandwidth, but there are actual traffic on that vlan interface
Looking from my forigate portal, I can see traffic and bandwidth on the interface

Hi SparkInfra,

Please run the following commands as root and post the output:

find /var/lib/mrtg -ls

Code: Select all

find /etc/mrtg -ls    

Code: Select all

find /var/www/mrtg -ls

Also could you generate a system profile and send it to me via PM ?
