Text alerts setup for carrier EE in UK

Is there a way to set up text alerts for EE UK mobiles.
Apparently EE UK do not do a email to text service, but this was one of the specific requirements for our customer

The SMS service feature in Nagiso XI relies on the carrier's email-to-text service. If that's not available, there are other tools out there to convert email to a text message as a workaround for your customer.
