Hi
I have tried this but i cannot retrieve any information back from scheduled tasks, I have created dummy tasks and perform nagios checks on it using the check_nrpe as specified on NSClient++ website, but it is not working still. Any ideas.

Can you show us the command that you are running in the command line, and the output of it? You can also post the relevant parts of the nsclient.log.

Also, make sure CheckTaskSched.dll is uncommented from your NSC.ini or nsclient.ini file

Hi Yancy,
I have confirmed that is uncommented, but still no luck, the box with scheduled tasks is Windows 2008 R2 if that helps shed some light on this.

What does your CheckTaskSched command look like? Have you tested using check_nrpe as described here:
