Hello ,
At the moment we use Thruk to perform schedule downtime for multiple services in error , but It seems that thruk in not compatible with nagiosXI.
With thruk we select the services in error and we can schedule a massive downtime of all selected services in error.
With nagiosXI the schedule massive downtime works fine but in the selection screen we can't see and select the services in error , we have to remember the services name that we need to put in downtime .
This is possible to schedule with nagiosXI a massive downtime from the list of services in error ?
Thanks in advance
Davide

Hi Davide,
Just to clarify, are you using the Mass Acknowledge feature in Nagios XI? Navigate to Home > Incident Management > Mass Acknowledge. You should see a list of all hosts or services in a problem state (ie non-OK). On this page, select command type, Schedule Downtime.
Let me know if that works for you. If not can you post a screenshot from Thruk so I can see the difference between them? Thanks, Benjamin
