Perf Data of One Service do not appear as a .rrd and .xml fi

Hello,
I am struggling with the problem of not appearing .rrd and .xml files regarding the performance data of one of the monitored service - "CpuUtilization".

The rest of the KPIs for the example server - files appear normally.

I tried to create this one service from scratch, create a new one, copy from working one, check with the rest of the services of CpuUtilization (on a different client) which works normally, but it does still not work.

I made sure that perf data is collected normally and that the perf data process option is on.

Its only example server - but i have many of them - but what the weirdest - only for that customer.
On other customer its working fine. And as i wrote above - i checked that from configuration side, and its looks the same.

1. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
2. Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
3. Click the "Download Profile" button
