Delete unknown service alerts

Post by rnjie »

I have a couple of alerts that are not deleting, when i try to delete it redirects me to CCM manager to delete but when i go there i cannot find the service. Also on the config file the service parameters not found. how do i permanently delete these services that show as unknown but cannot be found anywhere. i have attached my system profile, you can use the unknown service alert for Memory and CPU for the host "TPCLOW-3560-01.cfg"

Those 2 service checks are getting applied to that host through a Hostgroup.

If you edit the TPCLOW-3560-01 host, you will see that is has this hostgroup Network-switches assigned to it.

That hostgroup is assigned to those 2 services for the TPCLOW-9508-01 service configuration.

You can remove the Hostgroup from the TPCLOW-3560-01 host configuration and that will remove it from those 2 services that are configured for the TPCLOW-9508-01 CPU and Memory services.

Thank you.
