I vote also for Citrix XenServer vm.
I converted VMWare vm to Xen, but its not running smoothly on Xen. It hangs on strating udev for several minutes, then on bringing eth0 up.

I had the same issue with udev under VMWare and there are known issues with eth0 when the MAC address chagnes.
As these are both "Features" of CentOS the only solution I'm told is to remove the CentOS software and run your system without udev and the network interface management system(/etc/sysconfig).
