Acknowledge notification only by sms

Hi

I have one question. I have defined sms and mail contact for my services. Every alert, Nagios send to me sms and mail messages. If i use "Acknowledge this service problem" is it possible to send to me only email not sms acknowledge notification?

One way you could do this is to create a separate user, and allow email notifications through the first user, and SMS notifications through the second. There is no way to turn off SMS or Email notifications for specific things like that when you have a single user set up to send both.
