Email Monitoring

Hi,

i am trying to look for plugins to monitor outlook (email) inbox and outbox. we have a tool that sends alerts to customers, sometimes of huge queue we have outlook will be busy and not able to send/ receive emails. i would like to monitor those. can you please suggest me a plugin that do the purpose as i don't see plugins for inbox/outbox monitoring.

Are you trying to monitor the outlook client directly?

Is it the actual outlook client that sends them or would the be no the mail server?

I'm not sure if there's an API that can be called for outlook that would contain it.

Is it using outlook.com/office365 or is it just a standalone outlook app?
