Unable To Install Nagios

Hello everyone. I am unable to install Nagios on my Windows 10. Every time I am trying to install any application, it shows the “Error Opening File For Writing” error message. I don’t know why this happening and how to fix it. If anyone provides any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can't install Nagios or an agent? As far as I know, Nagios runs on Unix type systems, typically Linux.
Exactly what commands are you running?

Thanks for replying. I think it can be installed on the Windows platform also (See here: https://www.nagios.com/downloads/nagios-xi/). Although, I figure out the issue after finding this solution on Google. The issue is fixed after applying a process mentioned there. I just changed the security permission, now the issue is solved.
