Network Switch/Router Wizard failing to add router

Post by ksafa »

Hello,
I've been trying to add a router using the Network Switch/Router wizard but doesn't seem to be working correctly. I'm not seeing any update to /etc/mrtg/mrtg.cfg and the bandwidth services show "/var/lib/mrtg/*.rrd does not exist". I also see the following in /var/log/http/error_log

PHP Notice: Array to string conversion in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/configwizards/switch/switch.inc.php on line 944, referer: http://X.X.X.X/nagiosxi/config/monitoringwizard.php
sed: -e expression #1, char 76: unterminated `s' command

I'm currently running Nagios XI 5.4.13 which I know is probably old but this is first time I'm seeing this problem adding a router/switch.

Thanks

You're likely hitting a bug in the old version of the wizard.

Do you have this file? If so, please PM it to me
- X.X.X.X will be the IP of the device that you are having issues with

Code: Select all

/usr/local/nagiosxi/tmp/mrtg-X.X.X.X
