Not receiving support forum emails

I have stopped receiving support forum emails when topics I have made get a reply. There are no emails listed in our spam filter from Nagios, nor are there any junk emails from the Nagios forum.

Has anything changed recently about the notifications from the support forum?

I have heard from others with the same issue so it must be on our side and will check into it.
