Unable to ssh to host

Post by jasoncrev »

The Quick Actions 'Connect to %hostname%' isn't working. I click on it, then choose SSH and Save. But when I go back and click it again and then click the Connect button, nothing happens.

Then I came across this https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... s-530.html

I followed it, and it added a Quick Actions item. Both that and the original Connect to %hostname% both do the same thing... errors out saying it can't connect to host 192.168.3.153/ Notice the training slash. I've experimented, but can't figure out how to remove the trailing slash.

Any ideas?

Also, it seems weird that when clicking Connect on the built-in Connect to... Quick Actions, the browser dev tools shows a post to an RDP file

Hi,

Please send me a System Profile so I can take a look. Please let me know what Service the Quick Action is associated
with.

1. Login to the Nagios XI GUI using a web browser.
2. Click the "Admin" > "System Profile" Menu
3. Click the "Download Profile" button
4. Save the profile.zip file and share the file in a private message and then reply to this post to bring it up in the queue.

Thanks
