DB monitoring issue

Hi Team,

We received below recurring errors for Oracle DB monitoring on 11 Mar. Please help to understand the issue or if anything need to be done on XI server. Before date and after monitoring working fine.

ERROR: [run_check] CRITICAL: Could not connect to dblib:host=xx.xx.xx.xx:1540:dbname=MODEL:charset=UTF8 as USERNAME (Exception: SQLSTATE[01002] Adaptive Server connection failed (xx.xx.xx.xx:1540) (severity 9))

XI version : 5.8.7
Plugin version: check_oracle_health (3.1.2.2)
