No services and hosts for a few minutes after config apply

Hello,

Whenever I do a config apply in Nagios, all users besides nagiosadmin will not see any hosts/services for a few minutes. It is just like Nagios reports no configurations to other users untill the config apply is done.

Is there any reason for this? Can this be sped up/ changed?
