Quick question, say I create like 20 Dashboards under my username and I want to push those dashboards to other users, is there an easy way to do this?

this is a feature that is included in the 2012 release.

Yes, we also have it a dashboard deployment component that admins can use to deploy and sync dashboards with users. This is the same one that will be automatically installed with 2012, but it's also available for 2011 versions.
