SSH Backup Failure

Hello all,

Our Nagios XI server currently backups to an old Ubuntu server via SSH. I did this a year or so ago and I remember it being awkward but not so bad that I felt the need to document it, as I'm sure I just followed the support documents. I have created a new Ubuntu server but I'm failing to get Nagios to connect when using the test options and actually performing a backup.
Nagios can ping Ubuntu
Ubuntu can ping Nagios
Nagios can SSH into Ubuntu
Ubuntu can SSH in Nagios
Yet when I use the Test Connection button its says unable to establish a connection
I've looked at some logs but they don't really provide any more information: 08-17-2023 16:43:22 ERROR: Scheduled SSH Backup Failed: Could not connect to SSH server
I have set up the SSH keys but don't feel this is necessary for the test connection step, I feel like I'm missing something obvious? Any help or ideas would be appreciated! Thank you.

Does the Nagios XI server have the nagiosxi-backup.sh script in the /usr/local/nagiosxi/scripts directory and that it is executable? I think that this can cause your issue.
