Hello,
We noticed that for some service escalations, although we have chosen to be notified only for Criticals and OKs, we do get OKs for Warnings. Is this how this is supposed to work in Nagios?
Although an email is not being sent for the Warning alert, the OK email is supposed to be sent anyway because the OK is checked?
It causes confusion to NOC teams seeing an OK message without any prior "Error" alert.
Attached image of what is configured in said escalation policy.
Thanks

Hello @coitop,
I believe this is a bug. I have submitted a bug report and the Nagios development team will take a look.

Coitop,
Unfortunately, reference numbers are not something we provide at this time; our ticketing system is for internal use only.
