After updating NagiosXI from 5.9.2 to 5.11.3, SMS text alerts have stopped working. Also does not work when sending the verification key when setting up cell number in Notification Methods.
NagiosXI SMS mail logs in /var/log/maillog stopped after the update.
Checked another install of NagiosXi we have that is at 5.11.1, and SMS also does not work on this version.
Appreciate any help.

Problem solved. 5.11 didn't like the default "Nagios XI <root@localhost>" in Admin -> Email Settings -> Send From. Changed field to "Nagios XI <[email protected]>', and all working now.
