I went ahead and just ran the
Code: Select all
wget -O upgrade.sh https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nagiosxi/upgrade.sh
sh ./upgrade.sh
to install the upgrade and that worked great.
But updating from the UI still generates that failed update check

Interesting, I'll create a ticket internally to take a look and try to recreate the issue. Thanks for the details.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new
Privacy Policy .

I am unable to reproduce this issue to try to find whats wrong. Could you open a tick with our support team
here and they can try to find what exactly is going wrong with your system?

Wish I could; dont believe the org paid for support features....just the standard license for our nodes.
Its all good. I will just add a scheduled task to my workflow to login and check for updates manually
I appreciate you looking into this and seeing if anything showed up
