NagiosXI 2024 | Acknowledgements and Comments Feature Request

In one instance of XI I have integrated to ServiceNow via the incident table I track the sys_id for incidents created in order to make future updates and auto-resolve the incident when the situation resolves.

Using sticky comments isn't an option as the comment is disappeared prior to executing the handler thus removing the sys_id so I end up with a lot of comments to manage.

Please add the ability to sort the list via hostname or service description, date and type.
Please add the ability to select multiple entries for deleting.
