Recently changed API settings, Nagios support previously helped to setup API from NAGIOSXI >> SERVICENOW for host and service alerts.
This month old APIs were discarded and new PIs added, manually execution command works. But when assigned to contact does not work.

I am a little confused about the wording for this issue. Is the issue that something on our end has changed and has broken your previously configured hosts and services no longer work? Or has there been a change on your configurations/changes in connecting to servicenow? If the former then did you upgrade your system and then it stopped working? If so what version were you initally on and what version did you upgrade to? If the later it may be best, at least much quicker, to reach out to support again to help set up the new configurations since they have had previous experience with setting this up.
