What ever would we do without you, Eric?
We built artifacts this morning, we look ready to release tomorrow.

My wife has a list of things she would do without me, but I think it has a dramatically different focus than the list Nagios Enterprises would do without me.

Nagios XI 2024R1.2.1 is available.
Re: Nagios 2024R1.1.5 -> R1.2 upgrade failed (Can't locate mysql headers)
Any updates as to whether the changes in 2024R1.2.1 fixed the issues you had with 2024R1.2?

Haven't been at the office to test. Wednesday.

Well, I gave it a shot. But now the Chromium dependency issue is kicking in and I can't even install 2024R1.1.5 on 22.04.04:
I guess I need to go read viewtopic.php?t=75544 and start over with the Chromium .pref file.

Oooops. Ubuntu LTS 22.04.04 bare install with Nagios XI 2024R1.1.5 tarball with the Chromium .pref update does NOT seem to install properly.
This is after updating the .pref file as per viewtopic.php?t=75544

Re: Nagios 2024R1.1.5 -> R1.2 upgrade failed (Can't locate mysql headers)
We hate having to use Debian dependencies as well because of these fun changes. Your best bet here is to go to 2024R1.2.1, which while we also hate having to use snap's, they are incorporated into this release, and your problems should go away on a bare Ubuntu install.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.
