My wife has a list of things she would do without me, but I think it has a dramatically different focus than the list Nagios Enterprises would do without me. :lol:

Any updates as to whether the changes in 2024R1.2.1 fixed the issues you had with 2024R1.2?

Well, I gave it a shot. But now the Chromium dependency issue is kicking in and I can't even install 2024R1.1.5 on 22.04.04:

Oooops. Ubuntu LTS 22.04.04 bare install with Nagios XI 2024R1.1.5 tarball with the Chromium .pref update does NOT seem to install properly.

We hate having to use Debian dependencies as well because of these fun changes. Your best bet here is to go to 2024R1.2.1, which while we also hate having to use snap's, they are incorporated into this release, and your problems should go away on a bare Ubuntu install.
