check_ncpa.py '[Errno 111] Connection refused'

all works well, I restart the machine.....now,

UNKNOWN: An error occurred connecting to API. (Connection error: '[Errno 111] Connection refused')

I have rebooted again, no luck

this happens every so often for that check on various linux machines.

there is NO firewall between the machine and the Nagios Server

any ideas?

after rebooting the linux box a few more times, it started working
