Monitoring Engine not running

Hi there,
The Monitoring Process Engine state is red only under Monitoring Engine Status. However, in System Status all components are green and Nagios Core seems to be working perfectly. Its almost as if Nagios XI is "frozen".

Any support will be really appreciated. Thanks!.

Although this is going to sound odd, my first question is are you an admin user accessing the page?

And of course, since you're still on 5.9.2, (it's nearly two years old), I'm also going to recommend updating to a newer version of Nagios XI, as there have been many bug fixes released in those 21 months.
