Unable to Delete BPI Group

I just removed all the hostgroups again, is there a way to see if a user clicked the sync button? Would that show up in the auditlog or in nagios.log? I see there is a bpi.log but it has nothing in it right now

It appears to be recreating itself based on the configuration backups within the BPI Config Management screen. When I removed the hostgroups today, a Configuration Backups entry was created and the Diff was -381. A little over an hour later, another entry appeared called "Automatic Sync Backup" and the Diff was +376
