Nagios Core and Kerberos
Re: Nagios Core and Kerberos
Hello @emi65,
Are you referring to using Kerberos to authenticate with Nagios Core or using Nagios Core to monitor Kerberos authentication?
If your query is to the latter, there are several plugins available for monitoring Kerberos. I recommend checking exchange.nagios.org if this is your quandary. If your question is the former, you can use Kerberos authentication through Active Directory. I am not intimately familiar with using Kerberos with Active Directory for Nagios, but I know it has been done. Nagios XI has Active Directory support built in, but it will be a bit more complicated to do with Nagios Core. I know there is a tool on Nagios Exchange for this. If you need additional assistance, you can contact Nagios support at the Nagios Answerhub.
There is also this that you can try: https://github.com/dmyerscough/Linux-HO ... ication.md
