Nagios Fusion does not displays services.

Post by mf1 »

Hi.

We are about to buy NF license, but we have a little problem.
All works fine only one Nagios Core instance is not displayed well, it shows only amount of hosts and doesn't see services, services is "0 Ok", and it displays unhandled problems flashing but critical and warning is still zero.
System - Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 5.8, Nagios Core - nagios x86_64 3.2.0-1.el5.rf
Need help on that problem.

Do you get any errors showing up in /var/log/httpd/error_log?

No Errors in error.log
A have the same problem at nagios core 3.2.3-3 differences was only NF not view any srvc/host, was zero on green, but i'm set:
authorized_for_all_services=*
authorized_for_all_hosts=*
And it works fine - see all hosts and services, i'm edit my cgi.cfg on nagios-3.2.0-1 identically to 3.2.3-3(where now all works fine), but the problem still not solved, NF doesn't see services only hosts.
Any ideas?

Was this a package install from yum?

I'll have to see if I can recreate this...

Yes it's from yum.
I think that problem in 3.2.0 version, because a can't recreate this situation on 3.2.3
It's a very pity, 3.2.0 is our primary objective and reconfiguring or update this instance going to be very painful, because that instance is not in our competence.

Ok, that makes sense. Fusion was tested for 3.2.3 or later...
