Email notifications stopped, now CCM won't apply

Email notifications stopped, now CCM won't apply

So Friday afternoon one of my tech's edited who was in the weekend notifications list as we do each weekend, I checked the Configuration Snapshots to view the changes made to note the addition of their name to the list. After that change we stopped getting all notifications from Nagios. I went into CCM and reverted to the snapshot before those changes were made and when I applied the configuration it sits on the waiting for configuration verification without ever applying.

We had this happen once before and I went into CCM and deactivated the group, committed the changes and activated it again and notifications started again. Not really sure where to start here.

A little more information I forgot to include - I can send test emails from the notifications so I know that there isn't a network function blocking it. Also text notifications are not being sent as well.
