Hi,
We have renewed the license of nagiosxi product, we did request the key for reactivation of the license but the UI nagiosxi doesn't show the field where to enter the activation key.
We tried to re-insert the license key but it still shows that the license is not renewed. For the record, the server has not access to the internet so how can i do it manuelly.
Can you assist us, the client is waiting for the renewale of the license and the entreprise license too.
