User Management Issue

We are facing issues with user management feature in Nagios log server , I’m trying to provide access to my colleagues from User management and when I get connected to Active Directory server which is configured, I’m only seeing people until a certain point and not able to view rest of them to provide access.
Can someone let me know what is needed to view the full list of people from a certain group?

First off, which version of NLS are you using? And just for scale how many users are in your active directory group versus how many are you seeing seeing in Log Server?

we're working on some improvements to our handling of AD users across all of the products right now. Keep an eye on the product changelogs to see when those improvements are released.

Looks like an Active Directory sync or permissions issue. You might need to check the LDAP query settings or group filters in Nagios to ensure all users are visible. Geometry Dash
