Hi everyone,
I was just asked to edit an email template in Salesforce. The template is definitely active because the end user showed me an email sent last week.
So besides Email Alert, is there any way to trigger a Classic Email Template to send?

So you have templates in Salesforce that will trigger when XI sends an alert, is that correct? If that is the case and you want to send another email without needing to trigger a warning or critical state, you should be able to navigate to Admin -> System Config -> Email Settings and send a test email. What do you see on the notifications page?
